Refund Policy

Ebook and digital file purchases are non-refundable once the files have been downloaded, because digital content cannot be 'returned'. Ready-made store purchases may be refunded in full if requested before any customisation work has started; once a professional has been assigned, refunds are handled case-by-case based on work completed. Disputed jobs are reviewed by an administrator before any refund or payout decision.
