Professional Agreement

As an approved professional you agree to: only claim jobs you can deliver to the stated deadline and scope; communicate with customers only through the in-platform messaging system; keep customer information confidential and never use it outside the assigned job; accept that payouts are released only after customer approval or the close of the dispute window; and maintain the quality standard required to remain in good standing on the platform.
